Bushtits Gleaning

“Gleaning” is a foraging strategy used by smaller birds to quickly cruise around leaves and small branches in search of invertebrates. In the autumn and winter, having raised their babies, new families will assemble into large groups to form impressive gangs of busy gleaners.
