Celebrating and Caring for the Land

Pacific Chorus (Tree?) Frog

Pseudacris regilla has also been known as the “Pacific Treefrog”, there has been some debate around which group it belongs to (Tree Frogs or Chorus Frogs). Having characteristic toe-pads and a distinctive black stripe through the eye it has come to be lumped in with the Chorus Frogs because of other features including shape of testes, size of toe-pads and cold-weather breeding. https://www.mister-toad.com/PacificTreeFrog.html
