Young mantids go through a series of 7-9 molts before becoming sexually mature (and getting their wings), it is possible for those who lose limbs along the way to regrow them before their last molt. This one seems to have a slight dislocation of one of its hind legs, perhaps it’ll straighten out during its next morph..? (G’luck, we’ll “pray” for you 🙂)
