Golden Jelly Fungus

Tremella mesenterica, also known as “Yellow Brain” and “Witches Butter”, is a jelly-fungus that can be found in temperate and tropical habitats around the world. Most often seen on dead or dying branches, it is a parasitic species which feeds on the mycelium of other wood-rotting fungus.
